DO NOT RUN AWAY!

 

STAY.

SIT.

HOLD IT.

ACCEPT.

 

Reality hurts,and it will always be painful. That is death.

 

How long can you adjust to something you are not familiar with?  If ever you find yourself in a difficult situation, that cost you your peace of mind, ask yourself.

How long am I going to suffer like this? Am I going to feel this pain forever, or will this pain fade in time?

 

is it real?

how come it happens?

why does it happens?

I will never accept it!

 

The more you are going to resist, the more painful it become. Our mind loves patterns. It always seeks the comfort of familiarity. Thats why even a little shift of events can make us crumble in loneliness, in pain and uncertainties. But what should we do?

 

 If things happened beyond our control and leaves us vulnerable, then we have to stay, sit, hold it and finally accept it.

 

There is one thing in the world that will haunt me forever. This thing will always slaps me back to reality. I hate it. I dont like it. This is death.

They say, death is inevitable. They say, this is the bitter-sweet reality in life. If  life is the sweetest lie then death is the bitter truth.

 

just accept the fact that everyone dies!

  

HOW? How to accept that fact when I decided to hate it.

 

 Always remember: pain will never leave unless otherwise you accept the situation.

Sit with your feelings and emotions. It is normal to seek an escape to loneliness. It is normal to seek help. It is completely fine.

But whats wrong is when you allow yourself to become the prisoner of the situation-- when you have the power to let go.

 

IF YOU CAN LET IT GO, LET IT BECOME A MEMORY.

 

Hold your feelings. Never escape the fact that you are alone and lonely. Never pretend that you are fine. BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT. Hold your feelings. Feel your emotions. Cry as much as you want. Never run away from it. Then, the finally, accept it.

 

Accept whatever the reason of that burden.

 

Let me give you this scenario:

A woman in her late twenties loses her job and becomes a disappointment to her family. She never shows her real emotions but smiles around others just to appear strong.
Until one day, she becomes depressed.


Think about the possibilities the woman can do. Its either she can forget the situation and do nothing or accept the situation and find a new job.

See? The choice us hers.

 

 The choice is yours.

 

ACCEPTANCE  IS NEVER EASY BUT IT IS THE CURE!

 

If it involves emotion and mind, always play  the mind over emotion because in this way you will never lose. You will never move forward if you will never accept the reality.

 

No doctor can cure a sickness that involves courage and wisdom. Letting go is never easy and acceptance is hard. But in order to live again with joy and purpose, accept so that you can let it go. Those questions may linger in your head as if those were voices that needs answer. The truth is, it is your voices. ITS JUST YOU!

 

THE MIND IS POWERFUL. YOU HAVE THE MIND AND THE CHOICE.

 

Suffering is never an option, we  are meant to suffer.

 

It is okay to feel devastated. It is okay to lose yourself. It is completely okay to rest and delay your plan. But the question is, how long do you plan to stay in the situation?

 

How long do you want to be the prisoner of your own thoughts?

 

Build.

Your.

Own.

Choice!
